Andrew Robert Hasenzahl

Andrew Justin Robert Hasenzahl died unexpectedly Sunday, October 2, 2016. Andrew was born August 4, 1986, to Trudi Wilson and Richard Hasenzahl.He lived his life in Mansfield and Lucas, Ohio. He attended Pioneer Joint Vocational School, received his GED in 2004, and worked as a welder. This past July he acquired a certificate for Industrial Electrical Maintenance from Madison Adult Education. Andrew grew up playing soccer, football and baseball. He loved anything that went fast, riding quads, Jr. Drag Racing, and Motocross. He liked grilling, loved animals, enjoyed being in the outdoors and hunting. Like most people his age, he was an avid Xbox game player. He is survived by his mother, Trudi Wilson of Mansfield, his father Richard (Becky) Hasenzahl of Lucas; grandmothers, Shirley Bixler and Evelyn Hasenzahl; stepsister Katie (Tommy) McGugin; aunts and uncles, Lynda (Paul) Brooks, Randy Hasenzahl, Brenda (Mark)Ohl, Kevin Hasenzahl, cousins Kyle and Ryan, step-nieces Devyn and Molly, and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Charles Bixler and Richard Hasenzahl, Timothy Thompson (uncle), Laura Tinkey (aunt), Mark Hasenzahl (cousin) and great-grandparents.Calling hours will be held from 2-4 p.m. immediately followed by a Celebration of Life to be held Sunday, October 9, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield.
