Joyce G. (Perry) Hay

Joyce G. (Perry) Hay, 83, of Mansfield, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 19, 2016. Joyce was born on June 8, 1933, in Pleasant Valley, KY, to Roy A. and Letha A. (Crank) Perry. She was a member of Bethel Freewill Baptist Church where she attended regularly and loved to sing praises to her Lord. You would see her many times, sitting in their gazebo, enjoying the summer weather with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Joyce loved her family, and cherished every moment of their time together. Her door was opened to all and many memories were made around her kitchen table, where she shared love and laughter. She is survived by her husband, Charles Hay; four children, Ron and Arlene Davis, Mark and Laura Davis, Judy and Ray Fultz, and Robin (Hay) Owens; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; two children, Randy Lee Davis and Randall Dee Davis; one grandson, Joshua Corbin Owens; five brothers, Ralph Perry, Arnold Perry, William Perry, Benjamin Perry, and Gomes Perry; two sisters, Goldia Phillips and Emelean Gee. Calling hours will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at the funeral home, with Brother Larry Hill Jr. officiating. Burial will be at Mansfield Cemetery.
