Tenna M. Ison

Tenna M. Ison, 48, of Mansfield, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Ohio Health MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Tenna was born December 23, 1966, in Mansfield, to Donald M. and Anna R. (White) Salyers. Tenna loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She liked to catch up with friends and family on Facebook and enjoyed flower gardening, especially her roses. Tenna had a collection of angels and had a special friend in her feline, Tiger. She is survived by four children, Brandon (Samantha) Ison, Chandra Ison, Matthew (Dramelia) Ison, and Cody (Lauren) Ison all of Mansfield; three grandchildren, Cameron, Lilianna, and Scarlett Ison; one sister, Nancy (Ray) Roman of Mansfield; two brothers, Donald (Melissa) Salyers and Rob (Janet) Salyers all of Mansfield; mother-in-law, Mildred Ison of Mansfield; and three sisters-in-law, Debbie (Dean) Sparks, Rose (John) Oakley, and Lisa (Sonny) Carter all of Mansfield. Along with her parents, Tenna was preceded in death by her husband, David Ison, on November 4, 2014; and her father-in-law, James Ison. Calling hours will be from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday, January 19, 2015 at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, LTD., 1106 Park Avenue East (St. Rt. 430E), Mansfield. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the funeral home, with Pastor Earl Tackett and Pastor Rick Pelfrey officiating. Burial will follow at Mansfield Memorial Park.
