Cynthia Ann Arter-McKinney

Cynthia Ann (McKinney) Arter-McKinney, 60, of Mansfield, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 21, 2019. She was born on February 2, 1959, in Mansfield, to Erie and Helen (Honaker) McKinney.

She is survived by her spouse, Kathi Arter-McKinney of Mansfield; son, Robert (Terry) McKinney Sr of Mansfield; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; Luther “Pete” (Bonnie) McKinney of Mansfield; nieces, Heaven McKinney, Angie Goodman, and Martie McKinney; and nephew John Sowders.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Allen “Gus” Wayne McKinney.

Calling hours will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 p.m.
