Dottie J. (Whipkey) Lozier

Dottie J. (Whipkey) Lozier, 78, of Mansfield, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 29, 2019. Dottie was born on March 12, 1941, in Parkersburg, WV, to Alfred and Myrtle V. (Yoho) Whipkey. She was a member of Peoples Baptist Church and loved to be a servant to all that needed help. She loved her family, especially her grandbabies. Dottie was fond of pigs, and had a pet pig named Suzie. She is survived by four children, Roger Lozier, Barbara (Randy) Webb, Chris Lozier, and Ricky (Rhonda) Lozier; five siblings, Frances Whipkey, Albert Whipkey, Larrry Whipkey, Charles (Susie) Whipkey, and Virginia Walls; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild to be, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lozier; her parents; three sons, Ronald Lozier, Craig Lozier, and Bryan Lozier; and six siblings, Michael Whipkey, Billy Whipkey, Stella Whipkey, Leona Hollingsworth, Bob Whipkey, and Helen Patterson. Calling hours will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield.
