Sheila Ann (Lovas) Baker

Sheila Ann (Lovas) Baker, 66, of Mansfield, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. Sheila was born on March 13, 1953, in Lorain, to Joseph and Thelma (Mering) Lovas. She loved her church, New Beginnings Freewill Baptist Church. Sheila loved spending time with her granddaughter, Katlynne Baker, and her step-grandchildren. She enjoyed going to garage sales and helping others. She is survived by her son, Robert (Cathy) Baker, Jr.; brother, Andy Lovas; sisters, Josephine Soto, Margaret Cordova, and Christine Burgess; granddaughter, Katlynne Baker; step-grandchildren, Harry (Shelley) Turner, Jr., Samantha (Josh) Greenich, and Jeremiah Turner; step-great-grandchildren, Jax Greenich, and Mason and Kendall Turner; numerous nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law and best friend, Darlene Baker. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert M. Baker; brother, Joe Lovas; sisters, Theressa Lovas, Patty Roberts, and Betty Pasadene. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2019, at New Beginnings Baptist Church, 4905 Fleming Ave, Lorain, Ohio, 44055.
