Shirley I (Javens) Stollings

Shirley I. (Javens) Stollings, 77, of Mansfield, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019.

Shirley was born on November 22, 1941, in Highville, PA, to Melvin L. and Martha E. (Smith) Javens. She married Chester Stollings on October 17, 1959.  She enjoyed reading Amish books, spending time with family and friends, and playing Skippo.

Along with Chester, her beloved husband, she is survived by four children, Patricia (Dwight) Harris of Galion, Chester Jr (Cathy) Stollings of Mansfield, Steve Stollings of Columbus, and Darla (Shane) Caudell of Bellville; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; four sisters; and one brother.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; son, Lester Stollings; granddaughter, Shawna Devina Harris; six brothers and one sister.

Calling hours will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019 at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 12:30 p.m. Burial will be at Mansfield Cemetery.
