Carmen N. Salsgiver, 85, formerly of Mansfield, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at her home in Owasso, Oklahoma. Carmen was born March 9, 1933 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.She is survived by her children, Joe and Sasha Salsgiver, Chuck Salsgiver, and Vianne and Bruce Roberts; her grandchildren, Levi, Myleiah, Kayden, Dylan, Madison, Stephanie, Candy and Heather; and a host of great-grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 14, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd., 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, OH.
