Lois A. (England) Humbert

Lois A. (England) Humbert, 86, of Mansfield, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 19, 2018.Lois was born on October 12, 1932, in Defiance County, OH, to George W. and Edna M. (Carlson) England Rindfuss. She married her sweetheart, Kenneth Humbert 66 years ago on June 15, 1952, and traveled the world with him during his four year service in the U.S. Air Force. They were active members of Berean Baptist Church for 30 years. She loved teaching children about Jesus through Sunday School, Bible School, and Child Evangelism. She was very active with her family and community, and for ten years was president of the Shiloh Historical Society. She was secretary for her husband for many years with his insurance business.She is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth; three children, Melinda (William) Shipman of Tuscan, AZ, Mary E. (Mark) Humbert Winkler of Columbus, and Kevin (Deb) Humbert of Ontario; grandchildren, Jackie Brady, Anna Seiffert, John Shipman, Joshua Winkler, Jessica Winkler, Renee Vidor, Michael Humbert, and Becca Humbert; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Marjory Gromme of Long Beach, CA, and Evelyn Furst of Mesa, AZ.Lois was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Gordon England and R. Dean England.Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Berean Baptist Church, 2145 Middle Bellville Rd, Mansfield, OH 44904. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Jim Berry officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Shiloh.
