Audrey N. Burton., 95, of Mansfield, passed away December 19, 2016.She was born May 20, 1921 in Russell, KY to Henry and Mona (Clark) Crawford. Audrey taught Sunday School at Mansfield Baptist Temple for 37 years and enjoyed traveling on vacation with her family. Carolyn was her sole caregiver for numerous years. She is survived by one son, Wayne Stephens; two daughters, Carolyn (Harold) Stephens-Stamper and Connie (Joe) Duncan; two loving nieces, Darlene (Harold) Hassinger and Jamie (Scott) Bell; eight grandchildren, Kevin (Bonnie) Stamper, Jeffery Stephens, Carrie Turner, Lori Stephens, Beth (Tim) O'Brien, Stephen (Ali) Wittmer, Aaron (Maggie) Wittmer, and Jason (Melissa) Wittmer; twenty great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, James D. Burton; and daughter, Jayne Wittmer. Calling hours will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Mansfield Baptist Temple, 752 N. Stewart Road, Mansfield, Ohio. Funeral services will follow at 12:30 p.m. with Pastor Robert J. Kurtz officiating. Burial will follow at Mansfield Memorial Park.
