Brian T. Shrock

Brian T. Shrock, 58, of Mansfield, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, surrounded by his family.

Brian was born May 11, 1964, in Mansfield, to Donald Gary and Mary E. (Mentzer) Shrock. He was a 1982 graduate of Madison High School, co-owner of Shrock Drywall Co. and president of Trimble Road Storage Inc. Brian was also a sound tech for various local bands. He enjoyed fishing in his spare time. He loved his family and was very proud of his daughters and their accomplishments.

He is survived by his parents; his daughters, Krystal Sutherland and her mother, Anita, Kaylee Shrock, and stepdaughter, Brandi and their mother, Jeannie; granddaughter, Mora; brother, David (Marcella) Shrock; sister-in-law, Pamela Shrock; aunts and uncles, Pauline Butler, Bonnie Noland, Gaye Haught, Jenny Sprague, Randy Shrock, Jake (Pam) Mentzer, and Ronnie (Liz) Mentzer; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; close friend, Trent Shafer; special niece, Erica Shrock; and special nephew, Michael E. Shrock, III.

Brian was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Shrock, Sr.; and his grandparents, Don and Nola Shrock and Clyde and Emma Mentzer; uncles, Roy (Dulcena) Mentzer, Bob Noland, and John Butler; and cousins, Joseph Mentzer, Justin Noland, and Joe Butler.

A celebration of Brian’s life, as well as a celebration of his brother Mike’s life, will be from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd., 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield.
