Caleb A Barber Rush

Caleb A. Barber Rush, 19, of Mansfield, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 17, 2021.

Caleb was born on January 27, 2002, in Mansfield to Ian K. Rush and Jennifer R. Barber Boyd. He especially loved his daughter, Addison, and he loved his family and friends. He also loved his dog, Chase.  He enjoyed spending time with his brothers, and was an avid sports fan, and enjoyed racing his car.

He is survived by his daughter, Addison Barber of Mansfield; his parents, Ian (Joell Soria) Rush of Mansfield and Jennifer (Rick) Boyd of Mansfield; siblings, Ethan Rush of Mansfield, Coree Boyd of Lucas, Destiny Witte of Mansfield, Tryston Barber of Mansfield, Patrick Pelfrey of Shelby, and Seth Kuehl of Mansfield; and numerous family and friends.

Caleb was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Ada Rush and Phyllis Hicks; his grandfathers, Ray Hicks and Homer Douglas Sevits; step-mother, Tiffany Evonne Sevits; uncles, Roger Rush Jr and Joe Hicks; and aunts, Willa Hicks and Ellen Hicks.

Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2021, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield.  Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m.
