Carolyn D Mills

Carolyn D. (Holmes) Mills passed away peacefully surrounded by her two loving daughters, Debbie and Diana (Dee Dee) after a short illness on February 15th, 2025. She was 82.

    Carol was born on January 7th 1943 to Elnora Bowman and Howard White.   She was raised by her grandparents Clarence and Elizabeth Bowman, in Mansfield, Ohio.

   She was proceeded in death by her grandparents that raised her, and her brothers Howard (Bud) and Johnny Holmes.

   Carol was active in her faith, attended church, enjoyed playing bingo, and spending time with family and friends. Carol loved to play video games, bake cookies with her grandkids and partaking in family functions.

   Carol is survived by her four children, William (Linda) RacheI Jr, Deborah (Mark) Likes, Michael (Cheryl) Rachel, Diana (David) Burger Jr.,  retired USMC,  multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren and others that are yet to be born that will forever treasure her.

   Calling hours will be held at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, Monday, February 24, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., services following at 12 p.m.

   Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, Ohio is honored to be assisting the family with arrangements.
