Dana Leroy Darling

Dana Leroy Darling, 67, of Nova, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020.

Dana was born on October 5, 1953, in Mansfield, to Clifford and Dorothy (Perry) Darling. He graduated from Madison Comprehensive High School in 1972.  He retired from the Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections in 2007 and was working at University Hospitals Samaritan as a Security Officer until his passing.

Dana is survived by his brother, Drew (Tracy) Darling; grandkids, Jacob, Calob and Kathryn Darling; nieces and nephews, Blake, Blair and Demi Darling; great-nieces and great-nephews, Drake Kegley, Maddox and Nova Darling. 

Dana was preceded in death by his parents; two children, Angela and Derek Darling; and grandson, Colt Darling.

The family will be celebrating Dana's life on July 25, 2021 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Ashland Fraternal Order of Eagles Pavilion, 400 Eastlake Drive, Ashland, OH.

Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd., 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield is assisting the family with the arrangements.
