David C. Oswalt, 70, of Mansfield, died Monday, August 16, 2021, after a long illness.

David was born August 24, 1950, in Mansfield.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Becky (Schuff) Oswalt; son, Dwight (Renee) Oswalt; granddaughter, Amelia; brother, Ron (Becky) Oswalt; sister-in-law, Deb (Gary) Meeting; and nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Mervin and Kate Oswalt.

Per David’s request, there will be no calling hours or services.

Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, is assisting the family with arrangements.
