Elizabeth Ann (Seckel) Shasky

Elizabeth Ann (Seckel) Shasky, 74, of Mansfield, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 at her home.

Elizabeth was born June 16, 1945 in Galion, daughter of Harold Arthur and Rose Cecilia (Pellegrino) Seckel.  She was a graduate of St. Peter’s Catholic High School and had obtained an Associate Degree in healthcare from NC State.  Elizabeth married her sweetheart, Ronald Keith Shasky, on July 26, 1969.  She worked for Richland New Hope as a supervisor for over 20 years.  Elizabeth attended St. Mary of the Snows Catholic Church and enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family.

Along with her husband, Ronald, Elizabeth is survived by two children, Elizabeth (Josh) McKinney and Steven Eric Shasky, both of Mansfield; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two siblings, Dan (Shelly) Seckel of Mansfield and Connie Seckel of Columbus; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Ronald Keith Shasky; and one sister, Mary Seckel.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
