Eunice "Cissie" Ratliff Obituary
Eunice Faye “Cissie” (Estepp) Ratliff, 64, of Mansfield, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
Eunice was born on June 20, 1956 in Radnor, WV to Gilbert and Marie (Noe) Estepp. She was employed at Thermodisc. She loved her cats, Oliver and Sasha, and they will miss her very much.
She is survived by her brothers, Hershel Ray Rose and John Martin (Teresa) Estepp; step-brothers and step-sisters, William (Brenda) Smith, John A (Cathy) Smith, Elizabeth (Billy) Collins, and Helen (Jessie) Downy; grandson Dakota Estepp and many nieces and nephews.
Eunice was preceded in death by her parents; son, Matthew Estepp; and brother, Gilbert Estepp, Jr and sister-in-law Peggy Rose.
Private services will be observed by the family.
