Faith A. (Murphy) Potter

Faith A. (Murphy) Potter, 71, of Mansfield, went to be with her Lord and Savior, on Monday, January 3, 2022.

Faith was born on June 28, 1950, in Mansfield, to Malcum and A. June (Davis) Murphy. Faith worked as a caregiver for many years. She was a member of Pottter’s House Church and enjoyed reading her Bible. The two most important things in her life, was her faith and her family.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Tina (Kelly) Prater; granddaughter and her husband, Megan (Torey) Christy; grandson and his wife, Tyler (Andrea) Prater; great-grandchildren, Arielle Prater, Liam Christy, Alayna Prater, Ila Christy, and Arrowlyn Prater; siblings, James Murphy, Hope (Earl) Lothery, Charity (Troy) Bowling, Jeff (Mitzi) Murphy, David (Julie) Murphy, and Ronna (Stephen) Zemka; numerous nieces and nephews; and lifelong friend, Nella Gallagher and family.

Faith was preceded in death by her parents, Malcum and June Murphy; and sister, Hazel.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Potter’s House Church, 374 E. Willowood Drive, Mansfield, OH 44906.
