Howard “Tim” Timothy Herrick, 73, passed away May 4, 2021, after an extended illness and in the care of Heartland of Dublin, Ohio.

He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 17, 1947 to Howard and Jacqueline Herrick, and lived in Mansfield, Ohio growing up. He was a graduate of Mansfield Senior High School, Mansfield, Ohio and Ashland University, Ashland, Ohio. Tim proudly served in the United States Army and Army Reserves.

Tim loved his family and is survived by his wife, Susan of Dublin, Ohio; son, Lukas Herrick (Anja) of Germany; granddaughters, Josa and Deja of Germany; and sisters, Christine Muckenthaler (Gary) of Maumee, Ohio and Sue (Thomas) Riley of Westerville, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard F. and Jacqueline L. Herrick.

Military services and burial were held at 2:45 p.m. on May 18, 2021 in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio.

Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, assisted the family with the arrangements.
