James Matthew Hall, 78, of Mansfield, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021.
James was born on September 25, 1942, in Grahn, Kentucky, to Daniel N. and Lillie M. (Mosier) Hall. He retired from Artesian Industries. James married his sweetheart, Edna Crego Hall on February 14, 1964, and they enjoyed 57 years together. He also enjoyed working puzzles, watching Cleveland Indians, Gunsmoke, and Wheel of Fortune, old cars, and scratching off lottery tickets.
Along with his wife, Edna, James is survived by his children, Belinda (Gary) Crawford and Wesley James Hall; grandchildren, Amanda Crawford, Tyler (Nikki) Crawford, Christian Hall, Carissa Hall (Devin) Batdorf, and Caitlyn Hall; great-grandchildren, Mason, Owen, Roman, Max, and Jason; and four siblings.
James was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters; and three brothers.
A celebration of life will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2021, at Open Bible Church, 1150 Raefield Dr, Mansfield.
Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, is handling the arrangements.
