Janet Coffin (Day) Wade

Janet Coffin (Day) Wade, 85, of Mansfield, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital.

Janet was born May 23, 1937, in Nantucket Island, Massachusetts to the late Stuart and Edith (Coffin) Day. She attended Nantucket Island High School and repaired pay phones for Deltronics. She enjoyed feeding the squirrels and watching her birds. Janet especially loved her family.

Janet is survived by her three sons, Lewis Reichardt, Jr. of Marion, Stuart (Grace) Reichardt of Ashland, and Allen Reichardt of Mansfield; eleven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brother, James Day of FL; and several nieces and nephews.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Lewis Reichardt; her second husband, Ira Wade; one daughter, Shirley Oney; and five siblings. Stuart Day, Doris Day, Norman Day, John Day, and Marion Day.

Calling hours will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd., 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield.  Funeral services will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
