Jeanne M. Rausch, 83, of Mansfield, went to be with her Lord and Savior, on Thursday, March 21, 2024.
Jeanne was born on March 30, 1940, in Sandusky, to Eugene and Marie E. (Kuhlins) Rausch. She grew up between Sandusky and Canton, and her family moved to Mansfield in 1957. She graduated from Mansfield High School in 1958. Jeanne loved the Lord, and attended Main Street United Methodist Church growing up. In later years, she attended Woodville Grace Brethren, and Diamond Hill Baptist. She was a dedicated worker, and was employed at People’s Federal Bank and Wooster Wayne Savings before her retirement. Jeanne loved her children and grandchildren, and was involved in their lives. As an accomplished pianist, she traveled with the Gospel Team Youth Group from church. She also played for weddings, and accompanied singers for church. She loved Jesus, and faithfully read her Bible. She loved reading many Christian authors, but her favorite book was the Bible.
She is survived by her children, Pamela (Scott) Frederici of Bellville, Steve Schivinski of Mansfield, and Victoria (Douglas M.) Bates of Midlothian, VA; grandchildren, twins Austin (Hannah) Frederici and Garrett Frederici, Melissa (Mitch) Bartholomew, Allison (Walker) Llewellyn, and Geoffrey (Bailey) Bates; and great-grandchildren, Piper and Presley Frederici, Ty-Zachary, Anakin, and Patience Bartholomew, Grant Llewellyn, and Johnathan and Chloe Bates.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents.
Private services will be held at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield. Burial will follow at Mansfield Cemetery.
