Jearldean "Dottie" Hunter

Jearldean “Dottie” Hunter, 78, of Mansfield, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 27, 2021.

Dottie was born December 3, 1943 in Davisport,Kentucky to Ed and Dorothy (Crisp) Mills. She devoted her life to her family and God.  She spent time with her sisters and grandchildren. She loved to sing in the church and go to garage sales.

Dottie is survived by her children, Cindy (Mike) Branham, Lynette (Daniel) Baughman, Tammy (Andre) Vaughn, and Rickey Rose, Aaron (Samantha) Hunter, Phillip Rose, Teresa (Mark) Dickison, and; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; siblings, Anna Cottrill, Delores Faye (John) Rush, Jeanie (Don) Littleton, Diane (Myron) Thacker, Bob Mills, Lee Mills, Charlie (Sharon) Mills, and Glenda Sue (Dave) Humphreys; and sister-in-laws, Diane (Arthur) Jones, Cathy Mollett.

          She was preceded in death by her parents and in-laws, Merlin and Gearldean Hunter; the love of her life, Tommy Hunter; brother, Richard Mills; brother-in-laws, James Cottrill, John Moore, Jack Davis, and Claude Mollett.

          Calling hours will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Faith Chapel 674 Hanna Road, Mansfield, Ohio 44906. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church.  Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
