Jerry Lee Pendleton died unexpectedly at home on July 15, 2020, of a heart attack.
Jerry was born August 13, 1969 to Jerry and Vickie Pendleton. He was saved as a child and was a member of Cook Road Baptist Church of Mansfield.
Jerry Lee enjoyed family and playing games, especially Scrabble with his mother. He will be greatly missed at the regular game nights. He always found something to laugh about and enjoyed teasing those he loved. He had a lot of compassion for wildlife and enjoyed their antics as well as those of his five indoor cats. Jerry Lee was also an avid collector of Movie Memorabilia.
Surviving are his parents, Jerry and Vickie Pendleton; son Alex Taylor Kalis Pendleton; and beloved aunts, uncles and cousins. His five fur babies (cats) are missing his presence in their days and nights.
Jerry Lee was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward and Eva Pendleton and Victor and Mary Cogar.
His good friends who shared his interests will also miss him. Jerry Lee’s best friend, Danny Zetwo, who was like a brother, will miss their regular conversations, and laughs. Special friend, Nikki Hyde Barnes will also miss him, along with his other friends, Mark Gombosch, Scott Kime, Mark Winkleman, Ryan Echelberger, and Rick Metcalf.
Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Lantz Cemetery.
