Judith A. (Dempsey) Lyall

Judith A. (Dempsey) Lyall, 80, of Mansfield, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.

Judith was born May 20, 1944, in Lenoir, West Virginia, to Carl and Minnie (Ooten) Dempsy. She loved her family and her grandchildren. Judith enjoyed cooking, watching football and Nascar, and listening to bluegrass music.

She is survived by her sons, J. Michael Lester of Springhill, Florida, Allen Paul (Tammy) Lester and Richard (Sabrina) Williamson, both of Mansfield; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Carl (Janet) Dempsey Jr. of Michigan; and many nieces and nephews.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Avery Hall, Donald Dempsey, and Eloise Brown.

Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Darren Shafer officiating. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
