Kayla M. Bond

Kayla M. Bond, 30, of Mansfield, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022.

Kayla was born on October 30, 1991, in Mansfield, to Robert B. and Marcella M. (Lambert) Bond. Kayla loved her children and devoted herself to them when she was not at work. She especially enjoyed taking them to the lake in the summer.

She is survived by her children, Avery Bond and Emily Bond; her parents, Robert and Marcella Bond; her siblings, Christopher Webb of Lexington, Robert (Alexandria) Bond of Fayetteville, NC, and twin sister, Karla Bond of Mansfield; niece and nephews, Robbie, Elena, Beau, Owen, and Lincoln; grandmother, Lois Bond; aunts and uncles, Estel (Pam) Bond, Charles (Vicki) Bond, John Bond, Margaret Burge, Dina (Eric Oney) Lambert, and Diana (Mark) Boggs; and numerous cousins.

Kayla was preceded in death by her great-grandparents; grandfather, Estel Bond; and aunt, Holly Coleman.

Calling hours will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6 :00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd., 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield.
