Larry Thompson Obituary

Larry A. Thompson, Sr., 67 of Mifflin, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 25, 2021.

Larry was born November 1, 1953, in Mansfield, the son of Angel and Ivadean (Wells) Thompson. He was a member of the VFW Post 9943 and enjoyed working on cars, gardening, watching birds, fishing, and hunting mushrooms.

Larry is survived by his father, Angel Thompson of Mansfield; one son, Larry A. Thompson, Jr.; one daughter, Amanda (Matt) Goon of Mifflin; and three grandchildren, Morrigan Thompson, Connor Thompson, and Jonathan Bowman.

He was proceeded in death by his mother, Ivadean Thompson; and one brother, Phillip Fields, Sr.

No services are planned at this time.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray the cost of the funeral.
