Laura Plew Obituary

Laura J. (Culbertson) Plew, 62, of Shelby, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021.

Laura was born on January 1, 1959, in Mansfield, to James C. and Jewell M. (Salyers) Culbertson. She loved her family and enjoyed her grandchildren and extended family.

She is survived by her son, Chad Plew of Sunbright, Tennessee; two grandsons, Cameron Plew and Cayden Plew; many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends, that loved her deeply and will dearly miss her. Fly high Angel.

Laura was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Plew; daughter, Ashley Plew; brothers, Michael Culbertson, Jacky Combs, and Phillip Combs; and sister, Shirley Deskins.

Private services will be held by her family.

Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, is handling the arrangements.
