Linda L. (Dean) Greenhill, 78, of Mansfield, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024, surrounded by her loving daughters at Signature Healthcare of Galion.
Linda was born December 19, 1946, in Mansfield, to Charles E. and Margaret (Haas) Dean. She was a 1965 graduate of Madison High School. Linda was employed with Foodtown for 15 years, then retired from Therm-O-Disc after 10 years of employment and was a member of the Mansfield Moose Lodge for many years. She loved making memories with her children and grandchildren and capturing them with pictures. Linda shared a deep bond with her best friend, Karen, and her family, cherishing every moment spent together. She also enjoyed crocheting, gardening, fishing, and playing euchre. She loved the spooky season and was known for her Halloween costumes.
She is survived by her children, Bryan Greenhill of Columbus, Melissa Greenhill and Ashley Greenhill both of Mansfield, and bonus son, Phillip (Jeff) Helbig; grandchildren, Christopher Manley, Elizabeth Manley, and Camden Rhodes; bonus grandchildren, Merrina Parish, Taylor Helbig, and Chloe Manley; sister, Brenda Dean of Columbus; and many extended family and friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; and her best friend, Karen Shaum Maxwell.
A celebration of Linda’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Paradise Church, 87 Illinois Avenue, Mansfield with Pastor Hank Webb and Pastor William Cole officiating.
