Marcella Rose (Webb) Barnett

Marcella (Webb) Rose Barnett, 78, of Mansfield, passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018 at home surrounded by her family.Marcella was born on February 17, 1940 in Olive Hill, KY to Willie and Lillian (Keaton) Webb. She loved spending time with her family and attending services at her home church, Faith Chapel. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially her flowers, birds, and her dogs. She was the matriarch of her family; a mother to everyone and she loved the Lord. She is survived by her children, Laurie Oakley, Sandra "Missy" (Jerry) Blevins, and Johnny (Kristi) Rose, all of Mansfield; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two siblings, Lonnie Webb & Donnie Webb; and a special niece, Gloria Davis, who comforted her in her last days.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jackie Rose; husband, Arnold Barnett; a son, Timothy Rose; six brothers; and one sister. Calling hours will be from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. & 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield. Funeral services will be on Friday, December 28, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Bruce Copley officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Memorial Park in Lexington, Ohio.Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Hospice of North Central Ohio.
