Margot J. Smith

Margot J. Smith, age 84 of Mansfield, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on July 31, 1940, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Edward and Margaret (Winnen) Terner.

Margot worked for the San Diego District Attorney’s Office for 23 years. She enjoyed traveling anywhere and everywhere, and she also had a love for crafting, tinkering with a little bit of everything.

She is survived by her son Robert (Christine) Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Margaret Terner and one brother.

No formal services will be observed.
