Marjory J. (Griffith) Troupe

Marjory J. (Griffith) Troupe, 89, of Mansfield, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019.

Marjory was born on June 28, 1930, in Bucyrus, to Port H. and Maude L. (VanSickle) Griffith. She was a 1948 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School. She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, especially baby quilts, holiday decorating, and spoiling her grandchildren.

She is survived by daughter, Polly (Mark) Haynes of Mansfield; grandchildren, Donovan Thacker, Shellie Gorecki, and Norman Haynes; and five great-grandchildren.

Marjory was preceded in death by her parents; husband Lincoln Troupe; children, Lora Brown and Lincoln G. Troupe; grandson, Daniel Thacker; and two sisters.

Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Dr. John C. Jorden officiating. Burial will be at Mansfield Cemetery.
