Mary K. (Hall) Lewis, 78, of Mansfield, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, May 13, 2024.
Mary was born on May 22, 1945, in Floyd County, Kentucky, to Clinton Justus and Alvia Jean (Shephard) Hall. She was a member of Dean Road Freewill Baptist Church. Mary loved her family and was a very kind-hearted and giving person. She helped to take care of her grandchildren and was an integral part of their lives. She was a member of the VFW and enjoyed watching Hallmark movies and soap operas. She also enjoyed poodles and had many over the years.
She is survived by her children, Sherry Knipp of Sevierville, TN and James Crockett of Mansfield; grandchildren, Sarah, James, Micky, and Nicholas; great-granddaughter, Gabriella Robin; and siblings, Larry Hall of Mansfield, Bobby Hall of Olive Hill, KY, Faye Dillon of Mansfield, and Rose Adkins of Mansfield.
Along with her parents and stepfather, Robert Hall, she was preceded in death by her husband, Burnell Lewis; daughter, Robin Mollett; grandson, Jacob Crockett; and brothers, Elmer Hall and Kenneth Hall.
Calling hours will be from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2024, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Earl Tackett officiating. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
