Patrick A. Donahue, born July 17, 1956, passed away on April 24, 2021.

Patrick was a student of life. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he retired from Mesa Police Department as a Sargent. He also helped to establish the K-9 department. He owned and operated the Arizona K-9 Narcotic Detection Agency.  After moving to Ohio in 1994, he worked with KEM & Associates, where he retired after 20 years.  He was a master diver and motorcycle instructor for the State of Ohio.  He was a pilot and sailor, and he enjoyed any outdoor activity.  He had a love for guns and was a second amendment advocate. Patrick’s mom, Katherine, use to say she could not keep him still, and because of that his wife and children enjoyed all aspects of adventure with him.

Patrick will be deeply missed. He loved life passionately and saved so many lives in his career and everyday life.

He is survived by the love of his life for 41 years, Diana (Fletcher) Donahue. They were married on January 12, 1980. He is also survived by his father, Anthony Donahue; children, Tony Donahue, Michael Donahue, and Lindsey Mawhorr; many grandchildren; and siblings, Thomas Donahue and Tina Hasset.
