Patrick L. Kelly

Patrick L. Kelly, 75, of Mansfield, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2020.

Patrick was born on July 23, 1945 in Mansfield to William E. Kelly and Ar-razzaaq Shakir.  He was a caretaker to others and especially enjoyed taking care of his nieces and nephews.  Patrick enjoyed watching tv and especially like the sci-fi channel, as he and his twin, Priscilla liked the scary movies.

He is survived by four sisters, Nonia B. Jackson, Anne L. Edwards, his twin sister, Priscilla M. Jefferson, and Ardis M. Kelly; and a host of many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, William L. Kelly, Jr., Abubkr B. Kelly, and Jerry J. Kelly; sister, Leatha R. Gardner and her husband, Donnie Gardner; and beloved niece, Erin Nunn Sanderfer.

Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield.  Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Cobb officiating.  Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
