Robert "Bob" E. Smith

Robert “Bob” E. Smith, 67, of Mansfield, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

Bob was born November 25, 1955, in Ashland, to Lee and Pauline (Brown) Smith.  He found Jesus at an earlier age.  Bob was employed at Tucker Brothers Auto Wrecking for over 50 years, was a loyal and hard worker, and was considered by his co-workers, as family.  He loved to work on cars.  Bob was always friendly and never knew a stranger.

He is survived by a daughter, Jackie Smith; many sisters and brothers; and his family at Tucker Brothers.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Roger and Betty.

Calling hours will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, June 5, 2023, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd., 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Lantz Cemetery at a later date.
