Roger Duane Riblet

Roger D. Riblet, age 86 of Bellville, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born on January 25, 1938, in Mansfield to the late Forest and Florence (Barr) Riblet.

Roger proudly served his county in the United States Navy, and then he went on to have a decades-long career with UPS. He was most recently employed with Carolina Freight. He was an avid hunter and sports enthusiast.

He is survived by his son Roger (Teresa) Riblet; his grandchildren Jared (Tish) Riblet and Kelsey Hoffman; his great-grandchildren Jarrius, Lillian, Zoë, and Odessa; and his sister-in-law Kathy Riblet.

He was preceded in death by his parents Forest and Florence, his brother Eugene Riblet, and his significant other of over 30 years, Milena “Mitch” Davey.

Per Roger’s request, no services will be observed.

In honor of his love for animals, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Richland County, 3025 Park Ave. W., Ontario, OH 44906.
