Rose Nixon Obituary
Rose Marie (Poland) Nixon, 77, of Mansfield, passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 at Avita Hospital in Ontario.
Rose was born June 2, 1943 in Mansfield, the daughter of the late Clarence Calvin and Minnie Myrtle (Clay) Poland. She enjoyed reading, playing video games, playing with her smart phone, and watching TV.
She is survived by one son, John E. Nixon of Mansfield; five grandchildren, Bambi Shirk, Crystal Stewart, John Nixon, II, Chantilly Murnahan, and Harley Murnahan; twelve great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Joyce Totman of Mansfield and Don (Charlotte) Poland of Florida.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents; and three siblings, Clarence “Sparky” Poland, Ruth Davis, and Grace Tucker.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2021 in the Biblewalk Bible Museum, 500 Tingley Avenue, Mansfield, OH 44905.
