Shane Hinton

Shane Hinton, 42, of Mansfield, passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021.

Shane was born on August 15, 1978, in Mansfield, to Roger and Virginia “Faye” (Barker) Hinton. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, landscaping, collecting antiques, and welding. Shane also loved his family.

He is survived by his father, Roger Hinton, of Mansfield; son, Seth Hinton; brother, Timothy Lee Hinton of Mansfield; many nieces and nephews; and many aunts and uncles.

Shane was preceded in death by his mother, Faye Hinton; brother, Roger D. Hinton; and nephew, T.J. Hinton.

Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 19, 2021, at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Bruce Copley officiating. Burial will be at Mansfield Cemetery.
