Susan A. (McCune) Everly

Susan A. (McCune) Everly, 73, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.

Susan was born on December 9, 1948, in Crestline, to William and Ann (Rouggi) McCune. She was employed with South Central Power as vice president of human resources for 25 years. After retirement, she loved spending time with her son and extended family.  She enjoyed going to flea markets, auctions and events with her special friend, Gary Henthorne.

She is survived by her son, Chris Moyer of Mansfield; siblings, Bill McCune of Zainesville area and Glenna Gottfried of Mobile, Alabama; and nieces and nephews, including Lisa Murphy, Valerie Smith, Brian Gottfried, and Jeremy Kirkpatrick.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents; half-brother, Mike McCune; half-sister, Lois Kirkpatrick; and her canine friend, Brewster.

Calling hours will be from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oak Grove Memorial Park, Lexington.
