Tina M. Lewis

Tina M. Lewis, 52, of Mansfield, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022.

Tina was born on April 23, 1970, in Galion, to Randall Lewis and Brenda (Sargent) Toth.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Brenda and Peter Toth of Mansfield; son, Joshua Andrew Smith; two grandchildren; brother, Terry Clark of Mansfield; stepbrother, Edward Clark of Ashland; and many nieces and nephews.

Tina was preceded in death by her grandparents; brothers, Robert Lewis and Allan Lewis; and stepbrother, Allan “Wayne” Clark.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 24, 2022, at Mansfield Cemetery, 389 Altamont Avenue, Mansfield, OH.

Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, is handling the arrangements.
