Ty Michael Lambert

Ty Michael (Forwith) Lambert, 28, of Mansfield, lost his battle with addiction on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.  Please don’t let his addiction define who he was as a person; he was more than an addict to the ones that loved him and he desired to be a better person, but life never gave him the chance. 

Ty was born on April 14, 1992 in Mansfield to Dawn Forwith and Shane Lambert, Sr.  He was a one-of-a-kind person who had the biggest heart and was very special to many.  Ty was definitely a hugger who could always put a smile on your face no matter the circumstance.

Ty is survived by his grandmother, Cheryl (Joe) Gonzales of Mansfield; one sister, Brittany Worden of Mansfield; uncles, Frederick (Kimberly) Forwith and Chuck Lambert both of Mansfield; aunts, Debbie (Eric) Johnson and Bambie Webb both of Mansfield, and Christy Forwith of Florida; numerous cousins, including two very special cousins, Cody Johnson and Erica Johnson; and many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dawn Forwith; father, Shane Lambert, Sr.; uncle, Hager Lambert; brother, Shane Lambert, Jr.; his maternal great-grandfather, Donald Utt; his paternal grandparents, Vicky and Hager Lambert; and a great-aunt, Kimberly Utt.

No funeral services are scheduled at this time.
