Wayne E. Dawson

Wayne E. Dawson, 87, of Mansfield, passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020.

Wayne was born on February 19, 1933 in Mt. Gilead, Ohio to Boyd and Iva (Alfred) Dawson.  He retired from Tappan and lived with his wife, Mary E. (Wilkinson) Dawson, in Florida for over 25 years, before returning back to Ohio, and lived with his son Richard (Toni) for over four years. Wayne loved to play horse shoes.  His beloved wife, Mary, passed away on July 11, 1998.

He is survived by his sons, Richard (Toni) Dawson, Anthony (Paula) Dawson, Jeff (Barb) Dawson, David Dawson, Rodney Dawson, Greg Dawson, and Edward Dawson; multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 27, 2020, at Oak Grove Memorial Park, Lexington, Ohio.
