Obituary

William K. Wolford, 67, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 following a brief illness.

William was born on September 24, 1955, in Galion, to William C. and Bonnie J. (Campbell) Wolford.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. William was a dedicated employee, and retired from Dick Lavy Trucking, which was a job that he thoroughly enjoyed, and had many friends that he connected with over the years.  He was also an extremely dedicated dad, and loved his family. He lived for his grandchildren, and spent a lot of time with them making many long lasting memories the kids will cherish forever.  He also enjoyed home cooking and watching Nascar.

He is survived by his son, Travis (Catie) Wolford of Mansfield; step-son, Cory (Cheyenne) Mason of Bucyrus; grandchildren, Eli and Piper; step-grandchildren, Jenna and Austin; sister, Debbie (Mike) Teets of Bucyrus & many life long friends.

William was preceded in death by his parents.

A private burial will be at Ohio Western National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273, at a later date.
